ABOUT US:
Speed Direct is a subsidiary of Class M Corporation, a company that has
been deeply involved with the aviation and the automotive industry for many
years. Speed Direct started out just as so many other top-named companies
in the automotive trade - with people working intently on upgrading their
own beloved hot rods, classics and recreational vehicles. We now have
become a leading name in automotive upgrades, like the Steeroids™
rack and pinion conversion kits, Shark Bite™ suspension kits and the Rod Links™ spherical rod end
kits. Our goal is to provide fair pricing and a knowledgeable staff to
our customers for products they can count on - products that make their
vehicle safer and more fun to drive.

RETURN POLICY (Returns/Warranties/Damaged/Defective:)
SpeedDirect products have been engineered to fit the vehicle type you
specified. They are manufactured from top quality materials. Due to the
variations in custom parts previously installed, changes in ride height
or other factors Speed Direct shall make no warrantee expressed or implied
that any products will fit your vehicle in the exact same way that your
stock product did. It is your responsibility to verify that you are satisfied
with the fit BEFORE you install the kit.
SpeedDirect will not refund your purchase price if you have installed
the product. If you determine the product is not satisfactory with regard
to fit, and have not installed the kit, you MUST request a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) before you return the product. This number must accompany
the returned merchandise in its original shipping carton. The customer
is responsible for paying shipping. There will be a 15% restocking charge
on all returned kits. Any damaged / non-resalable parts will have refurbishing or replacement
charges applied. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE!
All damaged, defective or missing parts must be reported within 15 days
of the purchase date. Contact customer service with your order number
and the problem you are having, and we will do our best to accommodate
your needs.

Locations: Our home office with development facility is located in Santo, TX. If you would like to mail in an order, please send it to 1901 S. FM 129, Santo, TX 76472. This facility does NOT have a customer front - please do not attempt to physically go to this location. Our sales and parts office is located in Pagosa Springs, CO. Most products ship directly from our warehouse in Lenexa, KS.

SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order, you will see the shipping date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.
